EasyToolsClub builds software with privacy-conscious defaults. This page explains how EasyToolsClub handles privacy across the website, support channels, EasySpend, and future products.

How EasyToolsClub handles privacy

When you contact us, we may receive your name, email address, message, product name, device details, and any context you choose to include. Contact form submissions are processed by FormSubmit and forwarded to EasyToolsClub so we can respond. FormSubmit states that submissions are retained for 30 days. We use this information to respond to your request and improve product quality.

EasySpend

Data stored locally

EasySpend is designed as an offline-first Android app. Expense, budget, and category data is stored locally on your device by default.

Permissions

EasySpend only requests permissions required by released app features. Future permissions will be documented when features are added.

Advertising

EasySpend may include advertising. Ad providers may process limited device or advertising identifiers according to their own privacy practices.

Backup

EasySpend does not upload your financial data by default. Any future backup feature will be optional and controlled by you.

Third-party services

Product distribution, crash reporting, analytics, advertising, or support services may be used when required to operate and improve the product.
